Peter F. Vieira, President
Peter F. Vieira founded Radnor Leasing Corporation in 1989 and has served as its President since formation. He is also the majority shareholder of the company. Peter gained valuable experience over a 20 year period as a Vice President in commercial lending for several large regional banks, including Mellon and First Union, and in equipment finance with Copelco Leverage Leasing Corporation.
Peter's interest in leasing developed when one of the banks acquired a leasing company, whereupon he used his extensive background in commercial lending and equipment finance to form Radnor Leasing Corporation as a lease broker and independent lessor. He is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame and The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School MBA Program.

Cynthia W. Spurdle recently joined Radnor Leasing Corporation to assist Peter Vieira with the management of the office. Cindy has more than twenty years in the leasing industry. She is currently serving as the Executive Director of the CLP Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation, which manages the Certified Lease Professionals' Program. Prior to assuming this position, Cindy was President of The Wrigley Group Ltd. from 1988 - 1998. The Wrigley Group was an independent leasing broker and lessor, whose expertise was the management of and investment in Limited Partnerships established with vendors to lease equipment that they manufactured.
